NetSuite Administrator Job Description
Empirical Systems Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join our team. ESAero is a growing aerospace company in the San Luis Obispo area and provides various services which include but are not limited to: rapid system development, on-demand niche engineering, hands-on development/testing, and small UAS aerospace system manufacturing. 
**This position is fully on-site at Empirical System's Aerospace in San Luis Obispo, CA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead NetSuite performance initiatives and serve the needs of the organization. 
  • Partnering with your peers in the Finance & Accounting teams, participate with the Finance & Accounting roadmap that balances needs for scale, a high bar for user experience, and the security of the company
  • Effectively compile, organize and convey complex technology concepts from interaction with cross-functional teams. 
  • Develop a clear architecture across multiple systems, design and implement new systems and integrations, all while creating the best possible user experiences for employees. 
  • Develop and document the standards to be used corporate wide to ensure consistency and accuracy of NetSuite implementation. 
  • Publish, maintain, and modify processes and procedures to ensure consistency and objectives are achieved using NetSuite best practices. 
Required Qualifications and Skills: 
  • Oracle NetSuite Administrator and the Suite Foundation Certificates are mandatory. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of NetSuite leadership experience. 
  • Proficiency with computerized systems and software is required.  
  • Superb interpersonal skills are required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with the Finance, Manufacturing, Design and Project Management teams.
  • Ability to understand and manage standard business processes, accounting practices, advanced features and the overall capabilities of NetSuite and possess the ability to implement in NetSuite to increase performance of the organization. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office principles and software. 
  • Understanding of Internet fundamentals and principles 
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data to understand all manner of issues and develop communication to convey to customers. 
  • Motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills. 
  • Ability to understand and resolve complex business system issues in a graceful manner. 
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and convey complex issues and present solutions in a succinct written format. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • 4-year degree in Engineering, Business or an equivalent, related area. 
  • US Citizen or resident.
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a security clearance.
