Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Administrator to coordinate full-cycle recruitment and provide support on HR-related projects. This role partners with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process while contributing to HR projects, assisting with employee relations, and training efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting skills with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates are moving through the hiring process effectively.
Support and lead HR initiatives and projects, such as process improvements, policy implementation, and employee engagement efforts.
Collaborate with the Talent Manager and leadership to advance HR and talent strategies under changing business conditions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment metrics, track hiring trends, and create reports.
Stay up to date with staffing trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Ensure effective employer branding and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet hiring goals.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle talent acquisition.
5+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
Experience with HR project work, employee relations, and/or employee training programs is strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
